Winchester House

Full renovation of a former Westminster Council flat for a private owner. The building, a fine example of post-war urban regeneration, is listed so spatial changes were minimised, but the design reintroduces the mid-century feel of the original. Glossy oak floors throughout provide consistency and reflect light. Renewed services, joinery, bathroom and acoustic and lighting upgrades make the flat suitable for the next 50 years.
